Shipping policy

PetWorld Hub delivers pet products across Lebanon through our delivery partner, iCARRY, and/or PetWorld Hub’s internal order handling process.

This Shipping Policy explains where we deliver, how long delivery may take, and what happens if a delivery cannot be completed.

1. Delivery coverage

We currently deliver across Lebanon, except to areas that are considered unavailable, unsafe, restricted, or classified as danger zones by our delivery carrier.

If an order is placed for an area that cannot be served, PetWorld Hub will contact the customer to confirm whether an alternative delivery option is possible.

2. Delivery partner

Orders are prepared by PetWorld Hub after they are received through our website.

Deliveries may be handled by:

  • PetWorld Hub
  • iCARRY
  • Other approved local delivery support, if needed

3. Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is:

0–3 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Order volume
  • Product availability
  • Delivery route availability
  • Weather, road, or security conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Public holidays or unexpected closures

We will do our best to deliver orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping fees

A flat delivery fee of:

applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

Free delivery is available for orders above:

$50

The final delivery fee, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before the order is placed.

5. Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct amount is ready at the time of delivery.

6. Store pickup

Store pickup is currently not available as a checkout option on our website.

If this changes in the future, the available pickup option will be shown at checkout.

7. Incorrect address or unreachable customer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Correct delivery address
  • Area or city
  • Any helpful delivery instructions

If the customer is unreachable, provides an incorrect address, or is unavailable at the time of delivery, the delivery attempt may fail.

In this case, the order may be returned to PetWorld Hub and placed on hold for up to 24 hours.

If the customer does not respond within this period, PetWorld Hub may cancel the order.

If redelivery is requested, an additional delivery fee may apply.

8. Failed delivery attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unreachable customer, refused delivery, or unavailable delivery area, PetWorld Hub may contact the customer to arrange a solution where possible.

PetWorld Hub reserves the right to cancel the order if delivery cannot be completed.

9. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

These cases are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.

10. International shipping

PetWorld Hub currently does not offer international shipping.

Orders are delivered within Lebanon only, subject to carrier coverage and delivery availability.

11. Pet services

This Shipping Policy applies to physical product orders placed through our website.

It does not apply to PetWorld Hub service inquiries or bookings, such as dog training, grooming, boarding, or other pet services.
